Kowa chose Extu because we were not happy with our previous vendor due to a lack of customer service and limited product offerings. Once we were introduced to Extu, we finally realized what we were missing. We also found that the technology is much more sophisticated and provided features that our previous platform didn’t. We definitely hit a Grand Slam with Extu!!
