Incentive Solutions becomes the first company in the incentive industry to offer prepaid cards as part of its rewards programs.
Mark Herbert joins Incentive Solutions as President & COO.The next few years see increased revenue for the group incentive travel department by 1000%.
Kelly Held joins to begin development on an online incentive technology platform, a move which would position ISI as a leader in incentive tech development for the next few decades
Incentive Solutions launches proprietary, online incentive technology, focusing initially on integrating with card programs and creating administrative tools.
Incentive Solutions rolls out its incentive technology platform for point-based incentive programs. The system was built for accurate accounting and a high degree of financial fidelity.
Incentive Solutions begins development on a suite of fully configurable software modules that enable an incentive program. We continue to expand and add modules every year.
ISI acquires LoyaltyWorks, a well-known, incentive industry giant, further bolstering what we could offer our clients, expanding our accounts, and adding key staff.
We continue staying ahead of the competition, adding a mobile app, as well as mobile optimization for all of our reward programs.
Incentive Solutions develops ROI and analytics processes. All of our account managers become ROI-certified.
Admin dashboard, CRM integration, gamification, and interactive leaderboards join our growing list of features. Incentive travel program becomes fully integrated with our incentive tech.
Incentive Solutions announces its partnership with The CapStreet Group, LLC. Steve Damerow retires, and Mark Herbert is named President & CEO.
In our 25th year, we released the Advanced Communication module, allowing our clients to further personalize their messaging to participants across various mediums.
Incentive Solutions acquires OneAffiniti, a through-channel marketing automation (TCMA) leader. The acquisition is a first step toward becoming a global leader in the channel marketing space.
Incentive Solutions and OneAffiniti rebrand as Extu, a brand with a clear focus on exponentially growing the channel.
