Ken Szpindor Named New Director of Marketing and Creative Services at Extu

Extu has promoted Ken Szpindor from Art Director to Director of Marketing and Creative Services, part of a broader effort by CEO Nichole Gunn to build a marketing team capable of bringing Extu’s channel marketing technology to professionals under increasing pressure to prove revenue impact.

Szpindor joined Extu in 2023 and quickly took on a scope well beyond his title — rebuilding the design team, reducing operational costs, and leading the UX and web design work for Extu’s Partner Experience Platform. “From the moment we hired him, Ken has been constantly improving Extu’s brand presence and internal efficiency,” Gunn said.

A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, Szpindor has held creative director roles since the late nineties, building expertise across trade show marketing, UX design, animation, and web and app development.

In his new role, Szpindor’s focus remains on translating complex ideas into clear, compelling experiences.

“Good design and UX go a long way to make it simpler and easier for a partner to engage with a program,” he said, “and that causes a chain reaction — easier enrollment, greater participation, and greater ROI for everyone.”
