GoTu Rewards FAQ
Everything you need to know to get your GoTu Rewards account going.
GoTu Rewards is a basic online platform for groups, companies or individuals looking to run a rewards program on a small budget.

- Your program participants can choose their own rewards.
- You don’t have to be responsible for incentive reward fulfillment.
- All reward transactions are recorded in your online order history.
Just sign up and fund the reward amount of your choosing, invite program participants via email then begin sending reward codes!
Navigate to the Buy Points page from your GoTu Rewards account. Enter the amount of points you would like to add to your rewards bank and checkout. You will receive an email with wiring instructions. Your points will be available for disbursement approximately 1-2 business days after your wire transfer is received.
All reward points purchased by a program manager will be valid for the life of the program so long as the program manager remains an active GoTu Rewards customer. Programs may be deactivated if inactive for over 18 consecutive months. Once a program manager account becomes inactive, any unused reward points expire without compensation.
Your balance is listed in the top right of the home page of your GoTu Rewards account. Detailed transactions are available in the My Account section.
Select Reward from the Add New Members page to invite new participants to your program.
Invite participants to your program by emailing them a reward code. When the participants follow the program URL in their email, they can create a new participant account to enroll in your program. Additionally, when you award participants points, if that participant hasn’t signed up yet, they will be invited to the program when they receive their point notification email.
A reward code is a unique code a program manager emails to a reward program participant. Once participants claim reward codes, they activate their online reward points. Reward points are redeemable for items in merchandise and gift card reward catalogs.
Participants should receive reward codes minutes after codes are sent. If participants do not receive their codes, they should check their Junk or Spam email folders. Program managers can always resend a code to a participant.
Participants claim reward codes by simply typing or pasting their codes into the Reward Code box and clicking Reward Me on the Claim Points page.
Navigate to the Unredeemed Rewards page, click View to access the reward then click Expire to recall the reward code. Reward points will return to your bank as points and the reward code will no longer be valid.
